CGP52411, also known as DAPH, is a selective inhibitor of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It is also inhibits and reverses the formation of Aβ42 fibers associated with Alzheimer's disease. It may offer therapeutic agents for the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases.
