Nampt-IN-1 is a novel pyridyloxyacetyl tetrahydroisoquinoline compounds that inhibit activity of nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT), pharmaceutical to treat physiological disorders, more particularly for the treatment of cancer.
